Hookjail is run by one person (Vehbi Emiroğlu (şahıs)). The fastest way to reach me is email: hello@hookjail.com. It is a small project, so I answer as soon as I can, usually within a few working days, and urgent security reports first.

Questions and support
Write to hello@hookjail.com and say which endpoint or delivery you mean (the delivery ID from the inbox is enough). Never email webhook bodies, signing secrets, receiving URLs or sign-in links. I do not need them, and anyone who reads them could use them.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, deletion and similar requests, and questions about the Privacy notice or the Data Processing Addendum: write to hello@hookjail.com. I answer within 30 days. You can also export your metadata and delete your workspace yourself under Settings.
Security reports
If you think you found a vulnerability, email hello@hookjail.com with what you found, how to reproduce it and what it could expose. Please:
- give me reasonable time to fix it before you publish anything;
- test only against your own workspace and data, never other people’s, and do not degrade the service for others;
- do not keep or share any data you may have reached.
I will confirm receipt, keep you informed, and credit you if you want. There is no bug bounty. The machine-readable version is at /.well-known/security.txt; the Security page lists what Hookjail does and does not claim.
Abuse
If someone uses Hookjail to attack, spam or harass you, email hello@hookjail.com with the receiving URL or request details. I will look into it and suspend the account if the Terms were broken.
